Showtime

Our very first guests left this morning, alive and happy and they even wrote nice things in the Guest Book.

And relax.

After everyone had gone we walked down to the showground to see what all the fuss was about.  En-route we met with another neighbour which was nice.

We'd no particular expectations of the Autumn Show.  

It turned out to be a curious mix of steam/vehicle/rare breed/flower show, street market and craftsmen.  A somewhat odd mix of expensive quality and cheap tat. Of course, we went 'Mmmm, nice' at the former and came back with (a little) of the latter.

Naturally, the local marque had a presence.
