Fermentation spree

A gently burbling stash of probiotic goodies...
Have been preparing for a class on lacto-fermentation. So here's a line-up of what I have so far (from left to right): oat yoghurt, rejuvelac, kimchi, sauerkraut, kvass. I also have some sunflower sour-cream on the go.

Delightful alchemy everyone can have fun with in their own kitchens. Have you tried it?
