Gaden Centre Blipopportunities

Back to my old routines today – an early swim at the leisure centre followed by a coffee at Dunbar Garden Centre and then a wander round the plant section in search of a blip. These are Ceratostigma Forest Blues. I tend to take a quick shot of the labels nowadays so that I can remember what flowers I have taken. This was taken on the Macro setting of my Sony RX100 compact but I did try some other shots using minimal dof by shooting at the widest aperture. I preferred the slighter bigger dof that the macro setting gave me.

The rest of the day flew by - painting windows, cutting the grass and suffering a five hour power cut. I had just been into the garage to sort out some alternatives sources of light when the power returned.
