Oh well I tried

Batteries have now been put into the camera - hurrah.

Rubbish picture taken by me this morning.
1) I was faffing
2) I was rushing
3) the spider was the wrong side

I don't like spiders but I do like garden spiders I think they look pretty. Well ok not pretty but they are different, they are like the rebel spiders with their patterned bodies.

Now house spiders on the other hand I scream and run away.

Still poorly. So my training for my 10k race isn't going so well. Oh well these things happen and there is plenty of time yet. I actually feel a smidge better but I now have a voice that's iffy, but I did do a set on the rowing machine when I got home from work.

In other news why can't Virgin media understand that I don't want a tv service anymore is it such an alien concept?
