Freddie "I feel great now guys. That was a brilliant run."

Poppy "There's nothing like a good chase and wrestle with your mates to make you feel on top of the world. Thanks Freddie."

Bud "it's all very well for you both, but my little legs find it hard to keep up with you. Why don't you give me a handicap. I could start 10 seconds before you both, then I might win!"

Poppy. "Certainly not, you win in everything else. I'm the fastest dog around here."

Bud. "You weren't faster than Rolly yesterday. You gave up yesterday."

Poppy. "That was yesterday Bud. Never look back. Today is another day, a good day, a day to feel happy and positive."

Poppy is very wise. I do agree, never look back, look to the future.
