Pine Walk

Not much happened here today. Well, to me at any rate. I woke up with a really sore shoulder and despite anti-inflammatories and painkillers, it wouldn't shift.

I stayed in bed and slept when i could (not often). Wasn't all bad, I read and finished 2 books - always good for a holiday. And now I will start on Winnetou.

Dinner tonight was fun, had a bit of a blether with a couple from Scotland - they were sure I was a Teuchter (a word you may have to look up) and they couldn't believe how good G's English is. I'm not. It's always been pretty brilliant. I suspect she knows lots more vernacular now though.

Today's Blip is a popular walk along the seafront here. The restaurants charge way over the odds for what is pretty ordinary food but it is good to eat beside the very clear sea.
