Coupe de Ville...

I spotted this beautiful, classic, American car, covered in chrome with those amazing fins in Albert Square this afternoon. It was waiting to transport some lucky bridesmaids to the reception after a wedding at the nearby Registrar's Office.

It's a 1959 Cadillac Coupe de Ville. It's been brought over to Manchester but has spent most of its life in California. The original owner, who bought it in 1959 died a few years ago and his widow sold the car which had been in a garage since the late 60s. It has been beautifully restored since it came to Manchester.
