Mystery Meal!

It must have been a good night as I can't find any menu photo or travel blog entry for tonight's appetiser, so I'm going to have to wing it!

To me this looks like salmon tartare with a poached egg and caviar on top, served with wasabi peas, pickled ginger and alfalfa sprouts.
