Sometimes it's good to throw away the tripod and rulebook and go out and wave the camera around just to see what happens. The results may be rubbish but it sure is a lot of fun and very liberating.

After taking some seascapes which were not really working I tried some dragged exposures using a low shutter speed. Having recently watched a documentary on the painter Turner I tried to make a Turneresque picture of the shore, sea and some yachts. I don't know if it has worked but enjoyed taking and processing the shots.
