Today's blip shows my rather unfortunate and clumsy start to the day. On the plus side, it made such a noise that my boyfriend bounced right out of bed without any of the cajoling that's usually needed on a Sunday.

The rest of the day was good, with a nice jaunt to the shops, a 3.5k run and a chippy (in that order!)
