New beginning

This lovely treat came from Linda a fellow B+Mer plus friend. Linda starts maternity leave after tomorrow & is due shortly thereafter.

The birth of Linda's baby feels particularly special to me as every stage of our fertility treatment was at exactly the same time.

Although things didn't work out for me I was so happy to learn of Linda's news. She is one of the loveliest people I know & she will make a fantastic mum.

For anyone who has been through fertility treatment it's very much a numbers game.

For all of us, today's events in Scotland is a numbers game too. Today's decisions shall define the future of all of us in the UK...whichever way this goes, it heralds a new birth in British politics.

I hope it's as happy as the birth of Linda's baby xxx
