Hot 'n cold

It was positively hot today and the lovely citrus and bright white of the UEA Business School against a mediterranean blue sky that greeted me as I left our building at lunchtime just begged to be photographed, so here we are.

Now, early evening, things are a tad chillier as I am sat here with an ice pack (cool box issue - we are out of frozen peas) against my foot as I injured it whilst stepping to one side on one of the UEA walkways to let a couple of students and their massive suitcases pass by. I didn't notice that I was stepping onto the edge of one of the gully-type-thingies,and turned my ankle pretty badly. Long story short, nothing broken but seems definitely like a sprain so I am following google guidelines (RICE) and it seems to be working. I have a feeling the foot will be multi-coloured tomorrow.

Unfortunately this meant I had to miss choir (first session after summer break) so I have sent Roland out to get some comfort food of fish and chips.
