Negative Space

Tonight's art class was about negative space. It was lots of fun to try to draw the shape around the model's feet. The teacher says that if you keep at it you will be able to see the negative and positive space at the same time and balance between them.

Maybe I'll one day be able to effortlessly keep perspective and balance the positive and negative in my life.

Like drawing, it will take practice!
