Mushrooms for tea

We walked up to the Lac d'Aude today above Les Angles. It was not a particularly hard walk, about 11kms and 400 metres of ascent. The scenery was beautiful especially around the lake. There was a fair amount of dawdling as the mushrooms were plentiful. I found some very large bolets jaunes (slippery jacks), some girolles, some cèpes (porcini or penny buns) and a large parasol mushroom. Tea was unsurprisingly mushroom omelette!
