Set off to do 23 , made it to 23.5miles

This is me and one of my mature running partners, Emma at the 13 mile point ( Emma is a particularly good and vigilant running partner as every time some cyclists came past she was checking them out for me to ascertain if they were Brownlees or not. We were in the heart of their training patch )
