The L Word

After a moderate paced parkrun ( still managed to beat someone who declared they were going to beat me . I don't think so ! ) , went off to do a relay in shhhh Lancashire


So when you look on the web site for a Race and it's looks like a small informal race , just nice and easy (remembering you have already got a parkrun in your legs ) and you get there are there is a swarm of racing snakes waiting in their little cropped tops and tight shorts and you just want to hide ? Yes that happened

Much as it pains me to say it , it was beautiful in Lancashire , this was taken before the race and far prettier than any photos of our team pre or post run !

A good day, a stupid idea kind of a day but we enjoyed it .
