Valentine

This is a shot of our mantle and the many gorgeous valentine cards we received. The kids each had a paper bag full of valentines from their school parties as well - wow!

Our valentine's day included lots of time with people who are dear to us - a perfect way to celebrate love! After plenty of valentine's candy and a fun visit from the grandparents this morning, the kids needed to burn off some energy this afternoon. We took them to play racquetball, which Ben had done once before. In the evening we had some good friends over for dinner, a taco feast topped off with red velvet cupcakes they brought along in honor of St. Valentine!
