terrace tomato tart

Definitely have my cooking mojo back. Made soda bread this morning followed by preparing a HUGE turkey leg that Pierre's parents had given us and sticking it in the oven....

Then I used the rest of the spelt pastry I had from yesterday and made a tomato tart using the last of the tomatoes that were growing on the terrace :) It's just tomatoes with a little fresh parsley and basil, eggs, cream, and a little Parmesan sprinkled on top. Dead easy :)

Went for a walk by the river with Pierre after skyping with Luce who's off on her honeymoon tomorrow to Istanbul. Sounds like they have a brilliant itinerary planned out. Can't wait to near all about it when she's back.

Lazing on the sofa now....ahhhhh.....
