Goodbye North Island

And hello South.

This pic is from the ferry as we left Wellington. It was a beautiful sunny day for the ferry ride. The last hour is pretty much through a fjord as you go towards South Island and there was some stunning scenery.

Drove to Nelson to stay overnight which is a pretty little town.
