Salade Caprese

I know self praise is no praise, but I'm quite delighted with the crop of tomatoes I've grown. I bought a little pack from Sainsbury that had the pot, compost and the seeds so that the children could grow their own tomatoes from seed. J potted them up as they became too big for the window ledge and put them in the greenhouse so he's the one who actually grew them. We've now brought them indoors to ripen as I think it may be too cold at night and the days are quite sunny just now. There are more than 50 tomatoes across six plants.

I bought some mozzarella cheese today and I'll make a salad on Saturday when hopefully some may be ready to eat.
