This Visitor Left A Calling Card !

I happened to look out of my sitting room window and saw this collared turtle dove sitting on the balcony rail. I had my camera nearby, and took this shot through the window without moving closer. Glad I'd cleaned the windows a couple of days ago. I didn't go out today as the sky was overcast and I didn't need anything, so I cleared out my surplus handbags, some which were heavy even when empty, and also some winter coats and jackets I no longer wear. Tomorrow I shall take them to the charity shop. Next on the list is shoes. I've accumulated far too much stuff over the years. As you can see, I still have a tree to look out on as it is in the bottom maisonette's garden. I think the bird is a dove with the dark collar round it's neck otherwise it could be a pigeon. I am learning a bit about birds and flowers by looking at the journals of other blippers.
