Batman and Robin Talking Alarm Clock

Our son, Chris and his fiancée Monica will be married on Sunday.

Monica’s five year old son Noah is an integral part of the wedding.

We want to give Noah a wedding present along with the present for Chris and Monica.

Kathy found Chris’ long lost Batman and Robin clock in a box in the garage.

It has not seen the light of day in over 20 years.

Neither the wind-up clock nor the battery powered “Talking Alarm” were working.

A couple of hours of cleaning and tinkering brought the clock and Batman & Robin back to life.

It is an amazing 1974 pre-digital gizmo… the talking part is actually a mini-phonograph with a needle dragging on vinyl!!

Gosh, I love this thing!
