the team

it's been a crazy week since i got off my bicycle on sunday afternoon.

we welcomed our brand new team to shrewsbury on monday and it's been a mad few days of introductions, schools work, planning and brilliant team times. it feels entirely different to what i have become used to. having more people on board means that we can practically do a lot more things in school and it means that young people get to see more faces than just andy and i. there's also loads more creativity flying around the office, with six people throwing their ideas in, instead of just two. it does mean, however, that i'm spending a lot more of my time making sure that everything is going well for these four, especially our 18 year old who is taking her first overseas trips from oklahoma in the states.

they are a great group and i'm so excited to see what God does in and through them this year.

(taken with a self-timer, so still counts as my blip....even though i am in it!)
