Umm...pass

Wife got a phone call last week to see a house, and today we did.

Kinda interested as it's next door to two of ours already.

But price is waaaayyyyyy above what we'd want to pay, and way above market, and way above what anyone would want to pay frankly. Condition is below what we'd want from it, but we've bought worse.

Probably going to pass on this one though.
