Ardeche amble

Slightly unexpectedly after lunch - or after a lack of lunch I should stay as we are back to fasting after a Summer of excess - DS#1 suggested going for a walk this afternoon.
Plans hastily made and good use taken of the possibility of using two cars so it wasn't a walk there and back. This bridge came at the end of a longish valley just before a stunning path cut into the cliff-face. Highlight was seeing the amount of fruit on the trees in the next door valley. It made our efforts look pretty weedy.
12km and three and a half hours later, we felt that we had earned our soup supper - and probably considerably more.
