Seven Up

Alex is seven today. Happy Birthday!

One of the reasons that we only had a few days away is that Alex wanted to be at home for his birthday. I don’t think it was out of some romantic fondness for our home but rather a realisation that we wouldn’t be likely to bring a large number of large birthday presents with us to the caravan.

As it turned out, it suited us to have only a few days away as, although they were very enjoyable, my limitations at the moment also limit the amount of enjoyment we can get.
