Left knee knack

My left knee has been giving me some problems but by early afternoon I'd reached the point where I knew I had all the right words on the page but not necessarily in the right order. So, I decided to head out on the bike for an hour along the coast and see how it went. Stretching duly undertaken for once (thanks to an online tutorial from WhiskyFoxtrot) and off I went. Seemed to go ok in so much as it's not hurting any worse so I'll see how it feels tomorrow.

Mrs Smith's Mum still in hospital so she's popped round with Joe. I'll walk round to pick up Eve from football training with the dugs.
