You to me are everything

I bought two pairs of Merrell Shoes while we were in America.

I wrote and complained to them in August when the soles had almost worn through. A very nice lady emailed me back and asked for a photo; and then told me to go back to shop for exchange which I couldn't do because I am not in America any more.

She then came back to me and said if I crossed out the label with black felt pen and submitted a photo of same she would Let me choose a new pair to the value of £60.

I couldn't find ones in my size for £60 but I found dearer ones and she sent me them anyways!

They are so strappy that I have problems pressing the Velcro in the right place to keep them on - one one foot only but my Boy Scout told me this wee tip! Apply the pressure of a bulldog clip to said wonky Velcro and it will create a lovely tight fix !
