Fall Foilage

It's actually the bottom of a coral bell plant but it sure does look like fall. Almost like a pile of fallen leaves. I like the colors too. What you can't really see in this picture is the undersides of these leaves are purple. The tall stems with the delicate pink/coral flowers are all finished now but it is one of my favorite plants because it seems to go effortlessly from spring into summer through fall.

Today was cool and mostly cloudy. It is starting to really feel like fall. Tonight was the last of the super moon and I had hoped to get a picture but the clouds were too thick. Both my grandchildren have colds. Once school starts everyone likes to share their germs it seems. I'm finally over mine so I sure I hope I don't catch whatever they have.
