Cruising In The Moonlight

Crystal Cruise's Crystal Serenity left Southampton on 5th September on a 30 day transatlantic and repositioning tour to Quebec.

The photo shows her off Lambay Island en route, at a leisurely pace, to Belfast and then on to Iceland before starting her transatlantic voyage. She will spend 6 days at sea before arriving in Halifax. From there she spend a few days touring the US coast before ending her transatlantic voyage in Quebec on 5th October. With nine decks and at a length of 250m Crystal Serenity has capacity for 1080 passengers and 636 crew. She left Ocean Pier 33 in Dublin this evening at 19.00.

The moon broke through heavy cloud as she passed lighting her way...though the captain surrounded by banks of radar and sonar might dispute that.....just saying
