"The loveliest spot that man hath ever found"

Walked today along Rydal Water, and then - this stunning view of Grasmere, looking towards Helm Crag, as we crossed the bridge. Carried on walking along the side of the lake till the town. Quite good, considering how many of us are disabled in some way.

Got to stop and eat dinner - might write more later...
