Ben view

Another glorious, sunny day meant that a long walk was on the cards, so I set off after lunch in the direction of Killearn, but taking the longer, scenic route rather than following the road.

This was the view from Killearn looking north-west towards the Arrochar Alps, and although it's a bit hazy it is possible to make out, from left to right, Conic Hill, The Cobbler aka Ben Arthur, and the top of Ben Lomond.

I may not have watched much on television last night, apart from 'Kevin Bridges Live at the Referendum', but I'll be glued to the box tonight with the launch of Strictly and the first episode of 'The Secrets' on BBC1, plus the second part of 'Being Sixteen in 2014' on BBC2, which I enjoyed last week. I'll be square-eyed by bedtime...
