What a disappointment!

Some of my regular followers may have noticed that I have made a few attempts this last 3 weeks to get out for a bike ride. So this afternoon I went out with hubby who cycles a LOT. He chose a very gentle route, and our goal after about 9 miles was tea at this village store.......... which closes at 12noon on Sunday! Disaster!!

anyway, we had a rest then clocked up 15 miles in total. I am ready for a shower now, whereas he did not even break into a sweat.
