Triple bill

Along with the design exhibition which I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, which is still sprinting along here, there are two new exhibitions that are just fabulous.

The first is Graham McCarter's wonderful showing of Blackheathens and shows just what an interesting bunch we are. Graham is such an accomplished photographer and it's a treat to see. As a town, we are so fortunate to have him happy to document us - it should be a book. I should mention that Brett Whiteley is clearly not a Blackheathen and never has been. He is included in this exhibition presumably because it connects Graham with the upcoming Whiteley exhibition.

The other exhibit is a silent auction of local artist's work that (I presume) has been donated to the cultural centre as a fundraising tool. Many wonderful Blackheath artists (and others even!) included. Get down and put your bid in!
