Hanging around...

...in Newcastle.

The quayside was getting ready for a a big show to celebrate the millionth finisher of the Great North Run.

I was here for three days for a conference for enterprise educators. We had a welcome reception at the Baltic, and whilst we were there, we had a brilliant view of the rehearsals for the big event taking place the next night, which featured Sting, Jimmy Nail, Mark Knopfler and Ant'n'Dec. It looked like it was going to be quite a show.
