It's a matter of passion...

I took photos today of some trees that are looking particularly Autumnal along with some ivy that's starting to turn from green to red and then stumbled on this Passion flower completely mobbed by bees in the afternoon sunshine.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this late Summer outburst of warmth stays with us for the weekend. I celebrated with a jug of Pimms for me & Mum while waiting for the cakes I was baking (for the RBL parade on Sunday) to come out of the oven.

Tomorrow will see us at the nursery BBQ followed by my best friend's daughter's 5th birthday party in their garden so fine weather is a must.
