Never too late!

I was very late planting my sweet pea seeds, so it's no wonder they're late flowering. This is the very first bloom to appear - in the first week of September! - but smelling as sweet as it should. At last, I've found the way to photograph white flowers close up: wait till dusk, then their subtlety won't be lost in the dazzling glare of the sun.
