BOWERBIRD FEED TIME....

... another all over day with our weather, a bit of four seasons in one!

Again, got out mid afternoon and went down to the weir... as it looked very gloomy and not having any wet weather gear, stayed up on the park level above the river where there is cover.

In the gardens spotted this little cutie in the tree above me. Very small, only around 40-60 mm in size, but as you can see very colourful and VERY quick. Did not sit around for long.

And, no idea what it is, so any comment helpful?

Then noticed this female bower bird in the branches having a good ole feed on the berries.

Enjoy, and definitely have a look in LARGE to see that blue eye!
