Australian Garden Show Sydney
Wow what a day - weather a stunning 28degC blue sky and still as!
This was to be an inaugural show and located in our Centennial Parklands which has its 125th Anniversary this year.
We hit the deck running for opening at 10am _ spent some time with a local photographer Joslin Hartley from Looksfresh Photography. Learnt a couple of "new tricks" from her!
The day was then spent enjoying the atmosphere - garden designs - and listening to a few of the talks running by "renowned" garden experts from both local and overseas.
Being as hot for our start of "Spring" the day was quite a challenge for plants and ourselves !
But, here we are "done over" after a full fun day.
What did I think overall ?
Well, whilst the feature gardens were very interesting - overall would have to say a bit of a BIG trade show!
My choice from the many pics is of the garden by Brendan Moar a recognised landscape designer.
Enjoy.
When I get back home will put some others into folio
