What Eggs-actly did that Goat Do?

Tuesday we started our true week after the Monday Holiday . Back to school for Sugar Bear. She is enjoying getting reacquainted with her class, and her teacher. I'm happy that she is finding joy in it.

Awhile back, I mentioned having a BIG decision to make. Well, I made it, and it went into effect. I have accepted a promotion at work. After 16 years in the same position, I finally decided it would be okay to move up. It was a huge struggle for me, as I do not want my work to take me away from my family any more than it has to. My life is NOT work. I went forth....and I must make it the RIGHT choice for me. Now I look forward to hiring someone awesome to take my old job....as I will be supervising that person.

Sugar and I got home after she finished up dance class, to find Buck, the goat, on our deck. He had broken loose and ate up all the flowers on our deck. le sigh....this is why goats drive me nuts. ACK!

Sugar was happy to find TWO guinea hen eggs in the coop though. I love the fall evening light we are having right now. Crisp mornings....and sunny days. love it.
