First Day of Fifth Grade

I honestly do not know how we got here, people! FIFTH GRADE.  How can this be.  She was just my little baby a blink of the eye ago.  sigh......

Sugar was super excited the morning of her first day.It was great to see her excited and connected to her school.  When I picked her up at the end of the day....she was pretty happy with how the day went.  She was eager to talk to me about a few things....and let's just say there were some life lessons involved.  Things didn't go all smoothly that first day, but she learned a few things....and she is ready to move forward with that knowledge.  

I took her out for some frozen yogurt, and then we went home.  Day one of Fifth grade down......it will be summer again before we know it.
