Holy Island

I was last on Holy Island 20 years ago. It was a stunning, silent, inspiring place.

It was inspiring today too but so very different. Full of tarmac paths and interpretation boards, information centres and shuttle buses. I was in shock when we first arrived.

Mr Bs parents joined us for the day. They don't live a million miles away.
