Changes

I was on the sofa in my family room and the windows face out to the yard. I have a huge tulip tree right outside the back door and as I was looking out at the tree I noticed there were a bunch of yellow leaves already. The tree was starting to change for Fall.
I walked out into the yard and looked up and the higher the leaves were the more yellow. Some of the leaves have even started to fall onto the grass. Fall can be a beautiful time of year but it does mark the end of summer and so I typically don't look forward to it. I shot the photo looking up towards the sky. I'm going to try harder this year to see the beauty of fall instead of just being sad summer is over.

After I took my pictures I walked back into the house and got back on the sofa. I haven't been feeling well all day. I have a scratchy throat and my head feels heavy. I am probably coming down with something. I hope I can fight it off quickly.
