Dexter and His Little Friend

Here's a little-known secret: Dexter loves the dehumidifier. It's sort of like a little R2D2 type friend, a side-kick of sorts.

When the dehumidifier is on, it is quite loud, actually. And it blows hot air out the front. But Dexter likes to snuggle up against the front of it, as can be seen in this photo.

We're not really sure why he enjoys it so. He rubs up against it and even wraps his paws around it. Sometimes it almost seems like he's trying to crawl inside it. Other times, he just lies as close to it as possible and looks immensely happy.

He's done this ever since he was a kitten. Except that when he was a kitten, he liked to walk past it, lift up his tail, and air out his backside in the warm breeze. (!!!!)

It's a beautiful friendship, actually.
