The most important bit

The best and most important job when baking brownies is to lick all utensils clean of course.

I've been seeking a "healthier" alternative for brownies and may have found it. These ones are made with black beans (yes... beans), prunes and hardly any sugar. They are (stay with me people) actually v nice and the girls and Mr M didn't notice they had no butter or flour in them.

Well, they said they didn't and then ate them up having already scraped everyday morsel of chocolatey stickiness off the spatula and blender :)
