Sunday jazz

Fabulous location for spending an afternoon in glorious sunshine listening to some very chilled out jazz. Birthday picnic for my sister-in-law at Polesdon Lacey.

Back home for evening drinks with our neighbours. And unexpected ice-bucket challenges - one of the kids had been nominated and after that it became a bit of a domino effect, or probably more accurately, snowballed.

It seems summer has returned just as we are all heading back to work and school.

No progress on sorting the house or unpacking the kitchen but a very lovely, sociable day.
