Sunday Style - Simplicity

I played with some water drops this afternoon during yet another downpour but was not inspired by the results. I got some nice crowns but they were similar to what I have already achieved. The sun came out later so I took off with my camera and macro filter to a patch of thistles to practice some more macros and manual focussing. The thistles were so pretty and an obliging bee spent ages on one so I was able to get lots of shots and at least half were in focus. However, I liked the simple style of this photo of a different wildflower and insect.
