Helicopter ride

Last christmas I won a prize in a raffle. A helicopter ride round Edinburgh. I decided to save it for my birthday, and then forgot about it. So a bit late for both Christmas and birthday today I went up in a helicopter.

Unfortunately we didn't get anywhere near the bridges, but here is a photo of my house.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself. And almost got a tram back into town, but they didn't seem to be running, so I just hopped on the bus at half the price.

It has been a lovely day.
