I think that we may get a very colourful autumn this year.

I feel better today. Things at work are neater and I'm working smarter. And today I got my first pay slip. I joined the company in the middle of the month, so I didn't get paid at then end of July and now I have the bounty of six weeks pay in a single sum. Hurrah.


I have a list of things to buy that have worn out and need replacing. I told Claire that one of them was a Garlic Press. 'First world problems' said she with a smile.

She's right of course.
