Dead mouse...

... just a toy one.

I realised by looking at last year's blips in the corner there, that it is a year since we brought Myki home here. I thought I would try to get a picture of him - but he was only ever around when I had my hands full or had just sat down with something else!
Evidence that he is still around lies all over the house - this is on the kitchen floor. he quite likes it as I stuffed it with catnip - to replace the hedgehog he has which has been mauled and licked and is now filthy.

We all went to Maidstone again today, for School footwear for Alex and sundry other bits and bobs (including me changing the Hotter shoes for a different fit after spending time in them at home) and had lunch in the French bistro there. We all realised this is our last week-day of the holiday together as school is back on next week. :-(
